Shipping Costs for the European Union is €7.99, with all duties and taxes included. Return expenses are offset by the initial shipping payment, making the return process cost-free.
For the rest of Europe, including Switzerland, Norway, and the UK, shipping costs €11.99 plus import taxes, which are determined by customs. Customers are responsible for paying return expenses

Perfect and super fast and nice service, super fast shipment. A really nice bag, beautiful and super nice high quality leather, very good quality, I really like it a lot, thank you very much, I am very happy with the bag! The only reason why I don´t give all the stars is that carrying the bag as a backpack is a little bit complicated when it´s heavy as the button dividing the two straps could open and/or the size of each of the two straps changes when carrying it because the button doesn´t hold it fix. But actually there is no reason to complain about that because it´s clear that it is a bag that offers an additional way to carry it and not a "real" backpack with all the features a backpack has, so everything is fine!
